| | Missing Downloads I am using an application that downloads excel files to my pc. I indicate that I want these files to go to my desktop, but once the download has completed, the file is nowhere to be found. I've even done a complete search of my hard drive, and still no luck. When I try to download again, I'm told the file is already there. Where in the world is the file, and how do I access it? |

Try increasing your screen resolution or hiding the taskbar and see if it mysteriously appears. Alternative click the start button and paste in this and see if it's in the folder that pops up %userprofile%\Desktop -- Jon |
