| | mail merge from excel doc i know how to do a mail merge to create labels, but am having a difficult time doing it in Vista, which is new to me. can anyone help, please? |

Your mail recipient list would be the .CSV file that you export from Windows Contacts. For more help, type "Mail Merge" in the search box in Word. | | Re: mail merge from excel doc I'm with you AK. I do know how to mail merge, done it many times, and never had the problems I am having with Vista. The merge only puts information at the top and bottom of each page. If I copy the files to my laptop which is running with XP also using word 2007, it works fine. The problem has absolutely nothing to do with Outlook or Windows mail. The problem IS with Vista.
