| | New PC: Blue Screen of Death! Help Please! Hi, I just got this laptop out of the box and the drivers are all up to date. I have issues shutting down about 70% of the time. It takes forever and sometimes doesn't shutdown at all. When it reboots I get a bluescreen. I tried following the link to the microsoft website but it was no help. As a point of information, the error is related to a driver file. This could be one that supports the hardware, or one that supports installed software such as your antivirus product.
