Do you purchase media via iTunes? If so call their tech support back and
insist on assistance, reminding them that if you can't access their store
you can't purchase media, ask to be escalated if the first drone can't help
you, I'm sure once you mention their lost revenue due to your problem
they'll be more helpful. Also try posting in Apples online forum.
