Vista - enabling desktop

my desktop is disable and i will like to enabling it,what do i do

most likely this is because you have failed the genuine checks or have not
activated Vista in the 30 day timeframe, lot of stuff gets disabled then as
a result.

Call Microsofts Hotline for help on reactivating with a valid Productkey.
