| | Re: How to add "Hibernation" to the Start menu in my Windows Vista Ultimate x64? Hello! My Windows Vista Ultimate x64 still goes to the Hibernation 10 minutes. A monitor turns off from the beginning of the Hibernation. The HDD activity led lights for 20 seconds from the beginning, then blinks rarely and then lights for 20 seconds again in the end. Yeah, it takes a tiny bit of time for Vista to save everything to the hard drive before hibernating. Have a great day, Shawn |

| | Re: How to add "Hibernation" to the Start menu in my Windows Vista Ultimate x64? Thanks Shawn for replying! I disabled 'Windows Vista X64 Promise Ultra100 TX2 (tm) IDE Controller' in the Device Manager and then Windows Vista Ultimate x64 began to Hibernate in 35 seconds! Is this a normal time for the hibernating? Best regards, Dima "brink" <brink.33jvv0@xxxxxx-mx.forums.net> wrote in message news:brink.33jvv0@xxxxxx-mx.forums.net...
