Registry edit for Video card support...

I can recall there was some kind of registry edit what would allow someone
to
use Windows Media Center with an "unsupported" card bypassing some kind
of check it did.. and the result was that it worked.

Is it possible that there might be some work around for vista too?

I have an ati 9000 card... it has 3d capability and 128 Mb ram, yet it is
not
enough for vista... I cant seem to be able to come to terms with that....
If its able to play 3d games, why not some glass effects and flipping
windows?
I mean it works lightning fast with windowblinds that also has
transparencies
just like vista has....

Thanks

Re: Registry edit for Video card support...

Don't think there was.... *-) There's been a few for Aero Glass, but not
sure I've ever seen one for Media Center.
