I can not click on a link in Windows Mail and go the web page. A eror bax
pops up and states the address I'm trying to get to and "application not
found". I read similar problems with OE but can not figure out the solution
to Windows Mail.

Click Start, select Default Programs
Click Set program access and computer defaults
Click Custom, and select Windows Mail
Click OK
Then, follow these steps:
Click Set your default programs
Select your mail client from the list
Click Set this program as default

Hi ladadaa,
First, in Windows Mail, check these settings:
1. Click Tools -> Options
2. Click Security tab
3. Dot "Internet Zone"
4. Uncheck "Do not allow...."
5. Uncheck "Block images and......"
6. Click OK.
Second, check to make sure that Internet Explorer and Windows Mail has all of their default associations are set to them.
Default Programs - Program Default Associations

Thanks. After reading your response I recall doing something in the default
programs section and I must have changed a setting.

Using Default Programs, setting IE as the default browser solves this problem in most cases.
