Re: hi i found a problem in my event viewer

Well my first suggestion would be to find the application that is using
that. It says User Profile Services but something had to install it. So do
a virus scan with some online scanners. Try NOD32 or Avast as they are some
of the best Anti-Virus apps out there. After that Scan for spyware with
Spybot, AdAware and any other you can think of. Use the Microsoft Malware
Removal Tool see if that find it.

If all else fails make a backup of your registry and delete that entry.

That's a warning that some program or service could not be stopped when you
are logging off. It is probably not the cause of a slow down.

No, not really because we don't have enough information from you.

As Kerry Brown told you, something isn't exiting properly. That's all
we can surmise because we know nothing about your computer and its
recent history. Here is a starting point for you:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

After you've answered the First and Second Questions, if you need more
help then refer to these links to see what details you need to include
in your next post so you can get focused answers:
