| | Re: blue screen Hi, If they're all crashing at the time of dialing, that's your first hint that there is a problem with the modem software. While it may appear to be ok in device manager, it's obviously not ok once it starts actually being used. I would check for an update to the supporting drivers from the manufacturer (not Dell, but the actual maker of the device). -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "crabbyden" <crabbyden@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:B27A61B9-198D-4A6F-A678-2AC47633B51F@xxxxxx Quote: >I have tried several fax programs, Snappy, BVRP,RKS, and all blue screen at > the time of dialing.
