blue screen

I have tried several fax programs, Snappy, BVRP,RKS, and all blue screen at
the time of dialing. Dell 410 , 2gig mem,
crash code is
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Files that help describe the problem (some files may no longer be available)

sysdata.xml
Version.txt

View a temporary copy of these files

Hi,

If they're all crashing at the time of dialing, that's your first hint that
there is a problem with the modem software. While it may appear to be ok in
device manager, it's obviously not ok once it starts actually being used. I
would check for an update to the supporting drivers from the manufacturer
(not Dell, but the actual maker of the device).
