The control panel opens fine. I can access all items in the control panel
except "Network and sharing center" and the "User accounts". The control
panel populates quickly and there doesn't appear to be anything in it that
shouldn't be.
What happens when I open one of the two items is I get a popup saying the
following; WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING: and here are the details
from the crash....

I have ran several adware and spyware programs, and I have also ran my Trend
Micro on several complete scans. None have found anything.
I should add that the network and sharinf window appears, but it is blank
white and then I get the popup.
Please help, this has been going on since November, I have uninstalled
everything I have ever installed since before that time with no luck.
