| | Converting Movie maker files I have a problem that alot of people here seem to have. And all though I tried to do all the things that they were told to do. It didn't solve my problem which is whenever I want to publish the movie it says that Movie Maker has stopped working, and later tells me that its because of DEP. I've completly given up on Movie Maker 6.0 and I got Movie Maker 2.6. Which - even though isn't as good as 6.0 - works just fine. I have a few movies from 6.0 that I worked for a long time on and I really don't want to lose them. And incase you're wondering the format of files from both 6.0 and 2.6 is MMSWM. But files from 6.0 don't open in 2.6 it says " the file was created by another version of windows movie maker that is not supported " Do you have any way that I can make this work ? convert the files somehow ? Or do you know a version of movie maker that does support files from 6.0 ? Thanks .. |
