Vista - why is Vista Playing with My priorities????

@ Windows7 M1 n/a posts	why is Vista Playing with My priorities???? vista seems to decrease priorities on its own just because.. it likes to! For example its reduced priority to live messenger and windows explorer.. how can I make Vista to not do this by its own?
