Folder Options

I'm runing Windows Vista. Under Control Panel, Folder Options the "Apply to
Folders" is grayed out and not available.

I want to display file attributes in all folders. In XP you just configured
one folder and clicked "Apply to all folders" button. How do I do it in
Vista?

Help

This tutorial will help you:

Folder Options

Also, if you right-click the headers in an Explorer window, and then selct the "More..." option, you are presented with a list of possible columns you can view. Find "Attributes" and check it then click OK

Glad to be of service, Dick.

There are plenty of other tutorials on www.vistax64.com that will help with a lot of things. While those tutorials are open to all, you shuld perhaps also consider signing on as a member there too.

That way, you can get to the posts that matter, because many of the trolls are moderated and the rubbish is thrown out.
