It depends on what system you have.
If the manufacturer put a recovery partition with all the software on your
machine, you may be able to restore it to exactly as it left the factory
from that partition.
But unless it has the capacity to make a recovery disk, and you actually did
it, then you can not 'repair' it without the disk.
