Vista - problems with windows vista solution center in control panel

i have windows vista home premium greek version, and every time i check if
there is a solution in solution center in control panel i keep getting this
message "the solution isn't available in my language, but it's available in
those languages (English, Deutsch, Espanol... and a few other), but even when
i try to view the solution in English or other languages it says that it
can't open the solution page.
what can i do to solve that problem?
is solution center available in Greece?
