    silly billy,

You state that you have "installed" Adobe Flash Player. Did you
actually install it or did you simply download and run it when prompted by a
    website?
You must uninstall any Adobe Flash Player entries from your system
using the Adobe Flash Uninstaller. You must then uninstall any leftover Adobe
Installers from your system. You should then reboot your system and check for
    any Adobe software stragglers.
Once you have completely removed anything and everything Adobe from
your system you can go to Adobe's website and install it. Once installed it
will not be removed from your system.
    Have a nice day.

    Hi Billy,

Use the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller to completely remove the Adobe Flash Player from your computer. Restart the computer.

How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

Next, install the Adobe Flash Player again directly from Adobe.

    It should work now.
