Hey Broken Record. you are posting in the wrong group. This group has
nothing to do what MSDN gets or doesn't. This is for the Vista Beta. maybe
you should be complaining in the MSDN group. God help those in that group.

Kevin;
You are in no position to make any demands.
Even if you were, this is the wrong place since this is a peer to peer
newsgroup not officially monitored by Microsoft.
Assuming you were promised the April CT, it has not been released yet.
Do not make another mistake and assume it would be released in April.

I suggest if you feel a demand is warranted and you are not getting
satisfaction, contact a competent attorney.
The attorney will be able to clearly explain your rights and entitlements.
Be sure to have all documentation such as proof of exactly what you are
promised and exactly when delivery is promised.
So far you have conveniently omitted all relevant details to support a
"demand" by you.

Hey Mr. MVP Beta have you visited the vacation farm lately? Take a long vacation and clear you head. When you come back in about 2 months you should have a new build of Vista that will be suitable for you. Then you can get lost in the public areas

Kevin, you are unlikely to hear anything from MS regarding this,
considering they are massively pushing out anti spam in all their mail
apps, and I'm guessing they might (read: should) consider you spam.

Just out of interest, would it be ok if we sign your email address up
