| | Home Premium to Ultimate Upgrade problem Recently my disk crashed so I had the fun of reinstalling Vista from the other partition on my disk. All went well until I needed to upgrade to Ultimate. Prior to the crash I conducted a Anytime Upgrade, where I purchased the license file online from Staples. I still have this license file on my disk. When I try to perform the Anytime Upgrade, it is asking me to purchase another license to upgrade to Ultimate. Is there a way around this since I already have a license, or do I have to buy a retail version of Ultimate? |

| | Re: Home Premium to Ultimate Upgrade problem Carey, Thanks for the reply. I logged onto my Locker account and realized that I never uploaded my license file here, and I'm having a bit of trouble uploading it now. Do you have any pointers on how I can get the license file to my Locker? Thanks again for your help.
