I've often tried to help people in groups like this and have sometimes been successful, other times not, but that's not really my question . . . I just sometimes wonder why I so often see people having a problem with a third-party application but the first thing they seem to want to do is contact Microsoft about the problem, instead of the vendor that actually designed the program they are having trouble with. I had the same problem with Flash and went right to Adobe's site. Didn't find the exact problem in their help section, but after searching through the tips and tricks the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling to solve "unlisted" problems was there and it worked just fine. Took me all of 5 minutes to look for, find, and do the repair. Mic |
