Vista - Shut down problems

When Vista shuts down a blue screen appears with a problem of
"WORKING-THREAD-RETURNED-AT-BAD-IRQL". Can anyone help me?

Possibly a hardware conflict rearing it's ugly head. Check to see if you
have any devices in a memory access conflict or an IRQ conflict (Click on
the Start Orb and type "System Information" in the search box).

No conflicts. But actually it is WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL. Also
next to the word stop is 0x000000E1. I think that will be helpful.
