Vista - Thumbnail views wrong

My PC: desktop running Windows XP Home SP2, fully updated. I use WMP 11,
RealPlayer 10.5, and QuickTime 7.3.

I have several videos saved on my computer, in one folder. They are in
..wmv, .flv, MPEG or QuickTime format.

For this folder, I have 'Thumbnails' selected in the View option. Just
today, I noticed the thumbnail photos for some of these videos (about half)
are incorrect. They are mixed up. I launched several of these videos just
to check, and the titles are correct.

Very strange glitch. Any ideas how to correct this? I tried
View/Refresh, but that didn't help.
