windows explorer menu and toolbar replacement or addons

Are there any addons that will give me a menu and toolbar in windows explorer
as I have in XP? I'd like to take the design team for the new Windows
Explorer out to the wood shed and trash them within an inch of their life.
Aside for any addons are there any good Windows Explore replacements?

RE: windows explorer menu and toolbar replacement or addons

I'm just really displeased with Viste WE - I'm going to try the replacements
suggested by Michael. Thanks for your help.
