Open File - Security Warning...

Hi,

Everytime I run Perl scripts on Windows Vista July CTP build 5472 I am
prompted with the "Open File -Security Warning->Do you want to open this
file?" prompt. Why is this happening and how do I disable this annoyance?
BTW, I only have one account with administrator rights and I already disable
UAC.

Thanks,

WD.
