Pfbackup is handy little program from Microsoft that makes this easy, and so you don't forget to do it yourself. Works with Outlook 2007 and Vista. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en The Personal Folders Backup download creates backup copies of your .PST files at regular intervals, in Outlook 2002 and later versions, making it easy to keep all of your Outlook folders safely backed up. -Michael |
