hello,

What are the minium requirements for windows vista? cause i want to buy a
laptop from a friend, and i want to run vista on it.

In addition to the good answers you've already gotten, make sure you go
to the laptop mftr.'s tech support site for that specific model laptop
and see if there are Vista drivers available. If there are, then fine.
If there aren't, it doesn't matter whether you've got good hardware;
you're not going to run Vista on a laptop without any drivers.
