Worse than windows ME?

OH YEAHHH!!!! Just when you thought you got vista to at least partially
work, new problems come to the poor users....

I bet Bill Gates kids have complained to their daddy that their favorite
game or peripherial did not work when their daddy brought home vista....

Daddy, why doesn't anything work with Vista...

Gates: Shutup, nothing is wrong with Vista, ill buy you a new computer
tomorrow.

But what about my games that dont work?

Gates: youll get new games. Thats final, Vista works and if you say anything
bad about it, youll be grounded! No whining..
eat your vista and be quiet.

I think only a small number of users are affected by this. I've installed
SP1 build 18000 and it's running fine so I'm happy.

Exactly, no problems here either. What do people expect with beta? Do
they ever read the warnings?

This same people who are/will be complaining that Microsoft is not going to
be offering SP1 to the few via WU (Windows Update) because of driver issues
are the exact same people who would have been complaining that Microsoft
released SP1 with driver issues to the few via WU. Simple fact of life is
you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try so you shoot for the
majority......I sure am glad I am not Bill Gates I think I'd of gone postal
a long time ago hell I can't even get my 2 kids to be happy with one thing
let alone millions of people LOL.

I ran SP1 RC1 Refresh and had no issues at all.....the only reason I
uninstalled it was to diagnose an issue with a game I am having problems
with. (which by the way was not a SP1 issue).
