| Guest | How to open folder in a new window I'm quite new to Vista and trying to find functions that were convenient to me in XP. One function I used often is to open a folder in a new window with Shift key pressed. With 2 windows, I can compare folders side by side. I can find the function with whatever key I pressed. I can only control-N to create a new window of the old folder than click to open the folder I'd like to go into. It's one extra click to achieve the same result. Is there a way to do that? Thanks, liu |

| Guest | Re: How to open folder in a new window Just to post back in case someone else needs the answer. After turning off the navigation pan at the left side, CONTROL-click a folder opens a new folder window again. |
