Error messsage when I boot up

Every time I boot up computer i get the following message:
The Procedure entry point apsSearchInterface could not be located in the
dynamic link library wlanapi.dll.

If I close the message my computer shuts down. How can I fix This?

Re: Error messsage when I boot up

I think you have a bad driver....possibly for a wireless adapter.

If you boot into safemode (without networking), does the error occur?

If not, uninstall everything to do with network adapters in add/remove
control panel and then drop into device manager and uninstall your network
adapters.

On another computer, download the latest VISTA drivers for your adapters,
put them on a cd, and reinstall them
