Silverlight does not work in IE7

I have installed silverlight on my computer (do not know why but hay
ho). In IE7 it will not work as on any pages that use silverlight says
that it is not installed. If I view the very same pages in Firefox then
there is no problems as the pages load and play without any hitches.

In IE7 I have tried to install Silverlight by running IE7 as admin and
then installing Silverlight,... no luck.

Is there a fall proof way of getting Silverlight to run in IE7 or shall
I just forget about the silly thing.

Any help or advice would be gratefully accepted.

NIK

RE: Silverlight does not work in IE7

I called MLB.COM today , as this is the only reason i would need silverlight,
and they told me that if i had another media player i would not need it,
This prob doesn't answwer your question, but i am not going to use it unless
i have to.
