Vista Tutorial - Auto Restart After Shutdown

I just got my laptop (ACER TM 6292)and things seems to be in order until
today. About 5 - 10min after I shutdown the system, it'll automatically
restart itself. Nothing needs to be done to the laptop. I'll just shut it
down, leave it alone for about 5 - 10min and it'll restart itself
automatically to the login screen.

No error message was displayed.

I'm not sure if its due to some setting issues or hardware problem. I hope
someone can advise on this.

Yes, there are settings in the BIOS for "Wake on LAN" and others that might
do that.
