Re: Enable Glass in Java apps

The point is, its not under NDA, I did not have to sign into the website to
download it. I heard about Java Mustang targetting Longhorn from May of
2004. Its May 2006, I installed LimeWire, it killed DWM, I wondered to
myself, what the heck can I do to fix this. The I remember the Java Mustang
article which said that the Mustang release of Java would adapt the look and
feel of LH. I went to http://www.sun.com , typed in Java Mustang, click
Search, Java Mustang BETA 2 download link popped up, it opened and displayed
the direct links to download.

If it was under NDA, why was I not required to sign in, providing a unique
user name and password similar to http://connect.microsoft.com or
http://betaplace.microsoft.com?

The GPL doesn't affect software bundled with GPLd software.

There's something really not right with him - OK so I sometimes get
information wrong, but he *never* comes out with anything right S I mean,
he just goes on about NDA's as if he's obsessed over them or something...

Re: Enable Glass in Java apps

You just don't get it do you - you always have to do that, because it's just
a precautionary measure that's all, for the user as well as the company.
Jeez, the amounts of times therefore you've broken NDA, you should be kicked
to high Heaven and back.

Re: Enable Glass in Java apps

Personally I suspect that some day Kevin will have his own Wikipedia entry.
Topics will include:

- NDAs/EULAs
- Video cards and hard drives destroyed by software
- Microsoft not delivering new Vista builds on the dates posted by
unaffiliated sites
- Rants about the First Amendment
- Attempts to convince others he can't be kicked off his ISP; unlike "the
rest of us", it's okay for him to act like a jackass because he's got some
disability
- FYI
- PS
- PPS
- PPPS

Am I missing something?

This sad comedy is taking on biblical proportions. I can't wait until the
22nd (or is it the 27th now Kevin?). I call first dibs on naming this "the
Panzke Effect".
