Rip music to created folder

I have created a folder under Documents/Music. I want to rip music from
several CD's to this created folder. How do I do this? Someone suggested
going to Options. I cannot find "Options" on Windows Media. I have clicked
everything on the page and it is not there. Jahay

"alt" key, and choose options from the menu that magically appears.
