blaze hdtv software

I installed blaze hdtv onto my laptop and it worked fine, I then had a
problem with the computer and through Dell we restored factory settings, ever
since then blaze will not run I installed it but every time I try to open it
the icon appears at the bottom but I just get a box saying blaze dtv has
stopped working.
Can anybody please help me figure out why this will no longer work on my
laptop as I am going away next week and I need blaze to run my freeview usb
dongle.
Really appreciate any help. Many thanks

Have you tried contacting the people who developed the Blaze software?

Hi Dave
contacted blaze and they said to download software from the site and run it
but problem remains.

Re: blaze hdtv software

I wish somebody would offer help on this one as I also have the same problem as the original poster.

Have tried the original software on Vista 32 and it stops working.

Tried their latest Blaze HDTV software and the same.

Tried Blaze 2.5a and still the same!

Anyone offer an ideas please?

Many thanks.
