"Elevated Command Prompt"?

Running Vista Ultimate 64-bit, in Classic Mode. Logged in
as Administrator.

Several instructions (how to flush the DNS cache, for
example) call for an elevated command prompt, or running
from an elevated command prompt. Common instructions say
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Run as
Administrator. Using the Classic menu mode, when I get to
System Tools there is no option to Run as Administrator.

How can I get to the "Elevated Command Prompt" level?

Thanks.

Re: "Elevated Command Prompt"?

To permanently set the command prompt on the start menu to elevated, use the
rightclick 'properties'. To do it once, rightclick the command prompt icon
on start, and click 'run as administrator'.

I right clicked on the icon shown by the Command Prompt
listing, and I got where I wanted to be - given the option
to run as administrator. Many thanks to you and Mark L.
Ferguson for your assistance.
