Re: Is this true?

From the Lenovo Website:
Lenovo recommends Windows Vista® Business for business computing.

Lenovo recommends Windows Vista® Home Premium for personal computing.

However, at the Olympics there will be no wi-fi and no Vista. Looks like
more of a money issue to me. 12,000 stripped-down stations with pirated XP
will be considerably cheaper than Vista workstations.

1) Right clic on the Start bar
2) Properties
3) Go to "Start menu" tab
4) Clic on "Customize"
5) Search and check "Run command", OK

BTW, you can use the shortcut WIN+R or directly insert the command in the
searchbox of the Start Menu.

Re: Run Menu in Vista

Ajay

You can simply press WinKey+R to get the run dialog. You can also right
click the Start button and select Properties/Customize Button. Place a check
mark in the "Run Command" option. This will place the Run item on the start
menu.

It is not there by default any more, but here is how to permanently put it
back in:

Right-click taskbar, from the context menu select Properties > Start menu
tab > Settings > Tick the 'Run command' box.

Or you can just use the keyboard shortcut Winkey+R whenever you want to open
the Run dialog.
