| | error code (0x8004230c) Shadow Copying Recently had a problem with System Restore not working. Kept getting"Shadow Copying the specified volumn is not supported (0x8004230C) Please try again." To fix this. Click Start, then Run. Type in services.msc. In window scroll down to "Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider" If disabled, double click and ensure Start up option is set to Automatic, click apply. System Restore should work properly now. |
