CD/DVD drive no longer reads Cds

I have vista home premium installed and when I insert a disk and try to run
it I get a message telling me to insert the disk, even though it is inserted.

Re: CD/DVD drive no longer reads Cds

You either have a dirty player which can't read the CD or you have installed
software that set filters that are blocking the visibility. What CD
authoring software have you installed.
