Everytime I insert a DVD movie in my DVD drive Vista crashes, all other
system functions run OK without problem. Tried removing drive an
re-installing, updated driver, swapped with drive in other system problem
remains on Vista system. Running Asus A8N-SLI with 2 meg memory, AMD Athlon
64 X2 4200, Nvidia 8600 GTS graphics. Have no Auto-start set for anything.
Just cannot play a DVD with anything on this system. Any help would be
appreciated.

Your system was probably supplied with a "PowerDVD" or "WinDVD" CD disk to
install the drivers for that.
