Se this tutorial by Brink for you folder rename problem - Cannot Rename or Move a File or Folder in Vista Fix

To add/remove games, open "Control Panel"->"Programs and Features", then click on "Turn Windows features on or off" in the left pane. Expand the "Games" entry, then check/uncheck the appropriate games...

Re: Renamin a folder problem & Games missing

Install your games to the C:\ProgramData folders.

The rename problem is probably caused by you setup image. Contact the maker
of your system for a fix.
