Vista - Russian Language Support

Hello folks. I have a problem. I use Trillian (it's a multi-client chat
program), I have an ICQ account, people that I talk to on it the most, are
from Russia, since there is a Russian version of this program. My problem
follows: I can't read anything they write to me. They use a different page
code over there, my computer doesn't recognize it. If I write in Russian to
them, they can see, but when they write to me, I see a bunch of signs and
letter-wannabes "Stan2040: "ÑŒ" �½�µ �½Ñƒ�¶�µ�½" Tell me exactly what I need
to get or do, please? If I need to download something from Microsoft, please
give me the name of the program if it's not free. Thank you all for your help!
