| | Media Center Extender and RadioTime I recently purchased a Linksys Media Center Extender for use with my Vista Home Premium desktop PC and found a problem with one of the Windows Media Center features when accessed from the extender. When using WMC on my PC, I am able to fully utilize the RadioTime feature in order to listen to internet radio streams. But when I attempt to select the same feature through my extender, I am told "NOT DESIGNED FOR WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER - This Web site may not be designed for viewing from a distance or for remote control interaction..." After speaking with Linksys support and troubleshooting for quite a while, they were convinced that it was a problem with WMC and not the hardware since the unit (DMA2200) was designed to allow use of that feature. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this working? Thanks. |
