Vista - BSOD 5 times a day - help!

Hi
I've been using Vista Business for 3 months now on new laptop with a few
teething problems. However, now I'm getting the Blue Screen of Death about 5
times a day!
Error messages are:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
RTLH86.SYS ADDRESS 8B71FFF7 AT BASE 8B716000 DATE STAMP 45EC1B12
STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X50753143, 0X00000002,0X00000000,0X50753143)

Windows gives me the following info on booting up:

I believe the driver referred to is for my Realtek Ethernet port. The
problem seems to occur especially when I open Outlook.

I suspect you're right as the listed module, RTLH86.SYS, is a realtek
network card driver file. Try downloading and installing a new set directly
from the card manufacturer (not Windows Update).

(Davem here again - lost my login details somehow - very strange!)

Anyway, I went to Device manager and uninstalled the Realtek driver. The PC crashed immediately.

I then rebooted in Safe Mode and succeeded in uninstalling the ethernet card/driver. When I rebooted it automatically reinstalls and the BSOD problem persists.

I have done search for an updated driver but none appears to exist for Vista. The drver I have is 6.191.305.2007

Any other suggestions?

If that doesn't help it's time to contact the laptop mftr. for
repair/replacement since a new machine should not misbehave like that.
