Vista - Scanning error while trying to tansfer files with WET

Hi

While trying to transfer files & folders from my old XP to new Vista
machine I recieved the following error message: "there was an error
scanning data on your system, Windows Easy Transfer will now be
canceled."

My ambition was to do the transfer via network but I've tried all
other ways with same error.

The log file C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Lokale indstillinger
\Application Data\MigWiz\diagerr.xml doesnt give me aclue to what I
can do but there certanly is an error in there and my impression is
that it has to do with IE:
