Home Basic to Home Premium (Without Upgrade Anytime DVD)

I'd like to upgrade my PC from Vista Home Basic to Home Premium but the
Ugrade Anytime thingy on my control pannel says I need an Upgrade Anytime
DVD-Rom "that came with the PC", well my PC didn't come with an Upgrade
Anytime DVD-Rom, so how am I suposed to update my PC?

If there's no way about this then I'd like to know is it possible to get
Windows Media Center on Vista Home Basic, if so, how?

The start orb/all programs/Extras and upgrades/Windows Anytime Upgrade
takes you to a site that will let you walk through the buying process, but
stop before buying if you choose. There it explains that if you need a disk,
they will send it.

Hi,

You can order the disk for a nominal fee here:
http://www.windowsmarketplace.com/content.aspx?ctId=404

Or copy a friend's. You can't get/install/use Windows Media Center on Home
Basic.
