| | Windows Taskbar Hello! I was just wondering if someone could let me know how to change the function of the Windows Taskbar Power button. It presently serves the purpose of the SLEEP mode and I would like for it to serve as the SHUT DOWN function. I would be very thankful for any help with this small inconvenience. -sobriquet |

You have to Go to POWER OPTIONS, but then instead of going to CHANGE WHAT POWER BUTTONS DO you have to change the POWER PLAN settings. Thanks though for taking the time too try and help. -sobriquet |

For Power Button: Power Button For Power Plan Options recommendations (Step Two): Power Options and Sleep Mode Problems Hope this helps, Shawn |
