First Vista crisis, and it's big one

In U.S.
Sony with Vista Business, Core2Duo, 2GB RAM, six months
with no problems.

Today I see surprise warning that Vista must be
validated. What? Cannot use internet but must do
telephone. Many numbers. I enter all correct, but not
valid. Human came on line and we have speaking problem.
I ask to speak slow and she hang up.

Now what. How to find human without whole process again.

Thank you.

Re: First Vista crisis, and it's big one

Please follow this troubleshooting procedure:

1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".
3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the "WGA Validation Problems" forum and
paste the results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post.
http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/...aspx?SiteID=25
4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and recommend an appropriate solution.

Try the MGA tool posted above or just call back. I have called numerous
times in the past and never had a problem. They have ALWAYS fixed me
right up.

Please do not assume every call was for my personal computers. Thank
you. Is this how you talk to people face to face? It is interesting how
separating people by computers make them act downright mean actually.
