Personalization windows

I am rather new to Vista Premium (6 weeks). When I first did the display
settings and screensaver, everything was fine. Now when I go to change these
settings, the bottom half of the window does not show (the power settings
button for example). I can tab down and activate the button, but I can't see
it. I have also noticed that the right hand side of the outlook express
options window is cut off. It won't allow me to resize the window so I can
see everything. What the heck did I do? Any way to get it back to normal.
Could it be an installed update problem?

Thanks,
Gary H.

Re: Personalization windows

You lowered your screen resolution maybe? Change it to 1024x768 or higher,
or whatever the native resolution of the monitor is if yours is LCD.

Re: Personalization windows

Didn't change the resolution. After posting I remembered restore points, and
restored to before the last update. Everything is fine. Sorry to bother.
I would like to thank everyone (with a few exceptions) for the helpful
posts. You have been answering others problems, but helping me learn this
new OS at the same time. Thanks again.
GaryH.
