Can't enable some Windows features

Hi there.
When I try to enable some features as NFS Services and Subsistem for UNIX
based apps I get this error:
"Error. Some of the features won't properly changed".
When I reboot, those features remain unchecked, though can't get the NFS
Service to start.
I've got Vista Ultimate.
Any idea what's going on?
Thank you very much.
