Vista - Problem with Windows Help & Support

This is the 2nd time this has happened.

When I click on "Help and Suppport" on the right menu there are no icons and
very few words. I have tried Start up Repair with no success. I have called
HP support and they are as helpful as always, not. What makes this an extra
big pain is if I am looking for help on something then it would be nice if it
actually worked?

I know I can do a total machine reload which I have done in the past but
should I really have to do that every month to 6 weeks?

This may be able to help you. It looks like you will need to do Option Two in your case.
